Dr. WOLFF - Training Diagnostic

Simplified Training Plan

Collaboration with Lanista

By combining the back-check software with Lanista's AI and training planning, we were able to significantly simplify the processfrom measurement to the finished training plan. It is now possible to generate an exercise selection or a customized training plan based on a back-check measurement in 3 steps:

Importing the back-check measurement results.
Visualizing the measured values.
Specific exercise recommendations + training plans.

health management

Holistic

HEALTH MANAGEMENT

Modern sports and training facilities offer holistic health management. This is always based on accurate medical history and diagnostics.
A comprehensive assessment of the client's status is provided by software-assisted Dr. WOLFF diagnostic devices. They enable measurements of mobility and strength in various body regions.
The test results are evaluated, assessed, and documented using software that is consistent across all devices. Taking into account risk factors and desired training goals, the trainer can now develop completely individualized training plans for their clients.
After the training session, a new measurement is taken. This allows the training success to be documented in comparison to the initial measurements.

MOBILE MEASURING SYSTEM

BackCheck® 617

The BackCheck® 617 is a multifunctional, mobile measurement system for the scientific analysis of the strength of different muscle groups.

The back test monitors the performance of the posture-stabilizing muscles.

The chip- and computer-assisted measurement technology:
describes the current muscular status.
reveals muscle strengths and weaknesses.
provides tips for proper back training.

The decisive posture-relevant parameters are recorded under everyday conditions:

strength capability

Cervical Spine Muscles

Extensors, flexors.
Lateral flexion right/left.

core muscles

Extensors.
Lateral flexion right/left.

Traction of the upper extremities.

Customer-oriented documentation of measurement results and training progress is a basic prerequisite for successful health training. The BackCheck® software identifies and quantifies existing muscular deficits and imbalances. The reference data guarantees a reliable assessment of the test subject's muscular status.

Based on these results, the trainer defines the exercise measures. The BackCheck® 617 and its modern software are the entry point for back training with high-quality assurance and training management.

Scientific basis:
The scientific basis for the Back-check® was developed with the support of the Institute for Prevention and Aftercare. As part of a study, sports scientists collected reference data for trunk flexion/extension. The key study results summarized:
There is a correlation between extensors and flexors. Trunk extensors are stronger than flexors in healthy individuals. Back patients are characterized by significantly lower maximum trunk extensor strength compared to those without back problems. After a course of therapy of 5–10 training sessions, significantly higher back muscle strength values were recorded.

Isometric Leg Press

LEG-CHECK 627

Isometric maximum force measurement at the point of force application:
The innovative Leg-check 627 leg press enables precise measurement of leg strength in both legs, independent of the side. The two separately arranged footplates are each equipped with high-performance measuring technology.

Here, the forces are recorded directly and precisely at the point of immediate force application. The integrated display unit presents the recorded data via a modern touchscreen. The computer stores the measured data on a chip – providing convenient transfer to the evaluation software.

Reliable

Dynamic Measurement

In this additional function, the Leg-check 627 measures the maximum force value for each leg during movement at submaximal training intensity. This test setup allows the test administrator to determine whether the test subject is using the right and left legs with equal force during the movement.

Reliable measurement technology:
Display unit with touchscreen and data storage.
Data transfer to chip card.
Two force sensors.
Mains operation.

Software:
Convenient data transfer via chip card is followed by software-supported test evaluation and customer-oriented documentation of the test results. The created reference data allows for a reliable assessment of leg strength. The progress of rehabilitation measures and training interventions can be visualized through repeated measurements. They serve to control training and ensure high quality and high level training management.

Convenient data transfer via chip.
Test documentation and evaluation.
Display of the strength curve.
