The Split Squat 328 is designed for use in recreational sports facilities and therapeutic settings and complies with DIN EN ISO 20957 T 1 Class S. This training device may only be used in areas where access and supervision are specifically regulated by the owner. The extent of supervision depends on the users, including their level of reliability, age, experience, etc. Accordingly, this training device may only be used under supervision. Ideal for learning the single leg squat and Nordic hamstring.
