Almost everyone feels the effects of the modern lifestyle. Due to a sedentary lifestyle,
chest, hip, and leg muscles shorten, leading to back and joint problems. Maintaining an upright posture becomes
increasingly difficult. This is where flexibility training helps. The mobility station offers over 20 stretching
exercises.
Stretching the easy way:
Handrails and footrests support the correct stretching position. Flexibility into old age is the goal.
Older people in particular find the mobility station a fantastic training tool: safe starting positions,
easy exercises, and rapid training success.
