Dr. WOLFF Prevention LIFTING 811

The Heben 811 Station is a new type of training device for practicing lifting procedures. Back-friendly lifting is a basic requirement for numerous daily tasks. The Heben Station allows you to practice back-friendly lifting of loads at different heights.

The device complies with Class S + I according to DIN EN ISO 20957 T 1 and is intended for use in recreational sports facilities and therapeutic facilities where access and supervision are specifically regulated by the owner or operator. The extent of supervision depends on the user, including their level of reliability, age, experience, etc.

Lifting and carrying loads are considered everyday movements. On the lifting station, classic squats train this movement.
