1. I purchased a used Dr. WOLFF Back-check. How do I get the latest software?
You can order the current software license directly from Dr. WOLFF. The price for a license for a used device is €1,500 plus VAT, including a 12-month software support contract with our software partner, Sportmed. You will receive a download link with the software license key, as well as an invoice. After payment, the license code will be released. The license is non-transferable and only valid for one computer.
2. How and from whom can I order spare parts for Dr. WOLFF devices? I have a defective Dr. WOLFF device. How do I report it to service?
You can obtain all spare parts directly from Dr. WOLFF. Please send us an email with a picture of the affected spare part or the defective area to info@dr-wolff.de.
3. I have a technical question about the Dr. WOLFF software. Where can I get help?
Depending on the software version, the respective software partners are available via their hotline.

4. I have Dr. WOLFF devices in my facility. How can I get images and videos of the individual Dr. WOLFF concepts?
Please send an email with information about which devices you need images and/or videos for: info@dr-wolff.de.
5. I cannot save the Dr. WOLFF Back-check readings to the card.
Please check the following:
• On the electronics under "Services," the button at the bottom must be set to "EXT."
• To obtain an evaluation, both sides (e.g., compression and tension) must always be measured. Otherwise, no value will be displayed in the software.
• Only the following chip cards are permitted: Pro Max / MMC Plus / 128MB. This card can be reordered from Dr.
WOLFF for €42.00 plus VAT.
• Before each measurement, the data on the chip card should be deleted in the electronics under "Services" - "Initialize Memory."
6. On my back-check the touchscreen doesn't work in some segments.
The touchscreen is defective. In this case, the entire electronics must be replaced. Please contact Dr. WOLFF and provide the Back-check frame color and the serial number from the back of the Back-check electronics.
7. What color options are available for frames and upholstery parts?
The standard frame colors are white (RAL 9016) and silver (RAL 9006). Other RAL colors are available upon request.
