Abdomen/Hip Flexor 206 - Spinal mobilization

The 206 Abdomen/Hip Flexor is designed for stretching exercises. The device comes standard with a 75 cm diameter exercise ball. It may only be used in combination with this ball. Please follow the movement instructions below during training.

The 206 Abdomen/Hip Flexor is designed for use in recreational sports facilities and therapeutic settings and complies with EN 957 Class S. This training device may only be used in areas where access and supervision are specifically regulated by the owner. The extent of supervision depends on the users, including their level of reliability, age, experience, etc. Accordingly, the training device may only be used in supervised settings.
