Contemporary Back Training – Segmental Stabilization
BACK THERAPY CENTER
Only the sensitive positioning and support muscles bring our vertebrae into the biomechanically correct position – but many back patients exhibit deficits here. Training these vital deep muscles is called segmental stabilization of the lumbar spine. This training rebuilds the protection against incorrect loads, such as those on the intervertebral disc.
For a demanding workout like this, Dr. WOLFF developed the highly specialized equipment of the Back Therapy Center. This is an extremely effective concept for the fundamental strengthening of clients/patients with back weakness. It also forms the basis for subsequent, safe strength training of large movement muscles.
The Medical Fitness Concept
PHYSIO TRAINING
Physio Training implements qualified Dr. WOLFF training concepts. Tailored to rooms ranging
in size from 35 to 160 square meters, physio-training is divided into three different modules based on
specialization and equipment and can be expanded into a long-term health program.
The core element is the annual program for BACK and JOINTS, with which the client can achieve and maintain their
long-term health-related goals.

The trainer develops completely individualized training plans based on these results. Further measurements are used to document training success. common cause of many back problems and restricted mobility: the chest, abdominal, hip, and leg muscles shorten.
